Shipping and Returns Policy
SHIPPING MADE TO ORDER PIECES
The shipment of all the garments will be asume by the company in order to guarantee an easy process and avoid any concern to our customers. Taxes and duties will be asume by the client. The intention of Sophie et Voila is always to look after our brides in all the details.
Shipments will be made in a recycled box, fulfilling the company's commitment to sustainability. Additionally, a garment bag or cover will be included in our package where you can store your dress for its care and subsequent conservation and maintenance.
RETURNS MADE TO ORDER PIECES
If you consider that your dress meets these specifications, please contact care@sophieetvoila.com. Once the claim is received, our Customer Care team will assess the case and if the return is approved, the garment would have to be received at our head office within 15 days. Once the package has been received and the garment reviewed, you would be entitled to a full refund within a term of 15 days.
COST
Sophie et Voilà is not responsible for the costs of the return (except in the case of our error or in the event of a defect
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
The Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, suitably packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer.
REFUND
Sophie et Voilà will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has checked its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the notification of withdrawal by the client. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
